Wendy Shoemaker has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate management, leasing and sales. She worked for many years with Tire Distributors, Inc., former Owner of the Hoff Building, as Manager/Leasing Agent in Boise, Idaho, and, as Sales Associate with DK Commercial, and Colliers International. Since 2011, she has been with Intermountain Commercial Real Estate and is a Principal/Associate Broker.
