ICRE Represents Casanova Pizzeria in Leasing Deal

Casanova Pizzeria leased retail space in Adare Manor, located at 2431 W Fairview Avenue in Boise. Darin Burrell of Intermountain Commercial Real Estate represented Casnova Pizzeria.

”Careful consideration was taken to find them the right location and after considering a number of other locations, the opportunity at the Adare Manor just felt right,” says Burrell. “They never gave up on wanting to re-open as they know they have a great product, not to mention a great following by their customers.”

Casanova Pizzeria has been around since 2004. According to their website, their “hand-crafted pies are inspired by the traditional pizzerias of Naples, Italy; New Haven, CT; and New York City, NY. The dough is stretched by hand and topped with quality ingredients.” Can’t get any better than that!

A pizza crust takes shape at the new Casanova Pizzeria. “We use one of the best milled flours in the country,” pizzaiolo Dan Guild says.

When word hit the street that Casanova Pizzeria was about to reopen after a six-year absence, Boise responded with unbridled joy on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

“Omg!!!” wrote one commenter.

“I drive by every morning waiting and watching,” admitted another.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jesus!” gushed another. “This New Haven girl is looking very much forward to New Haven pizza!”

The wait has ended. Casanova Pizzeria recently opened at 2431 W. Fairview Ave., ending a years-long quest. The restaurant is only serving takeout for now, but full service is expected to launch within days.
