ICRE: Wendy Shoemaker Helps bring Historic McCarty Building to "Fully Leased" Status
Samantha Teigan of Kindred Catering, leased Suite 205D, the last available office space consisting of 266 square feet. The space is located at downtown Boise’s historic McCarty Building located at N. 9th Street & W. Idaho Street. Wendy Shoemaker of Intermountain Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
This lease transaction comes after the lease of Suite 204 to JMH Counseling & Consulting, LLC.
“The McCarty Building is now fully leased at this time,” says Shoemaker. “The building has a vintage, historical appeal, including high ceilings, and great architectural detail. There are also many great urban views from many of the office suites. The lobby is updated, and the owner is on-site which is a huge bonus for many tenants.”
