ICRE: Downeast Brands Lease Two Spaces at Westpark Towne Plaza

Downeast Basics and Downeast Home have both leased spaces in the Westpark Towne Plaza located on Milwaukee Street, near the Boise Towne Square Mall.

Downeast Basics is a popular women’s clothing brand that has relocated to Westpark Towne Plaza from the nearby Boise Townesquare Mall. Downeast Home is a furniture and decor store that is part of the same parent company as Downeast Basics.

“This location is a great opportunity for the tenant to have both stores in the same shopping center,” says Darin Burrell. “Westpark Towne Plaza has Ross as an anchor tenant, and Target as a shadow anchor, which is a great fit for these retail brands.”
