Professional Background
Jim Hosac has over 18 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in the Treasure Valley. Jim joined Intermountain Commercial Real Estate in May of 2012. Prior to joining Intermountain, Jim spent over 8 successful years as an owner and principal at Idaho Commercial Brokerage, and 6 years as one of the top agents at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate. Jim has represented numerous commercial properties for lease and/or sale throughout the Treasure Valley. Jim prides himself on achieving top market value for his clients through his market knowledge, direct marketing efforts, negotiation skills, and his long standing relationships with other top Boise area commercial real estate brokers and developers. Prior to starting his commercial real estate career in 1997, Jim spent 6 years working for Key Bank of Idaho in downtown Boise.

Over his career Jim has been involved with such clients and companies as: Citicorp, MCI, Cricket Wireless, Peak Broadcasting, Family Medicine Residency of Idaho, Cardinal Health, Sedgwick, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sage International Charter School, Idaho State Lottery Commission, Idaho State Board of Pharmacy, Cradlepoint, Duke Scanlan Hall, Regus Executive Suites, Preco Electronics, Capital City Development Corporation, and Idaho State University, involving leasing, sales, and numerous development transactions.
Jim has been involved in the development, leasing, and sales of more than 100 properties, including some of the largest and most notable lease and sale transactions in the Treasure Valley. Of particular note are: 177,000 square feet lease to Citicorp, Sage Charter School (22,000 square feet), Cradlepoint (23,500 square feet), Regus Executive Suites (11,000 square feet), Anderson Banducci (10,000 square feet) and Preco Electronics (18,000 square feet). There are many more including several law firms, technology companies, and other professional companies throughout the Treasure Valley.

Education
Jim graduated from Bishop Kelly High School in 1988, and attended both the University of Idaho and Boise State University.
Personal
Jim lives in Meridian with his wife, Wendy and 3 children, Jamie-20, Justin-18, and Jacob-16. Jim enjoys camping with his family and friends, exploring Idaho, skiing, golfing, and just about any outdoor activity that keeps his family energized, active and together.
