Gary was a commercial real estate broker in Southern California for many years before moving to Idaho in 1992. Prior to his move, he was with the Irvine/Newport Beach office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Throughout his career, Gary has specialized in the brokerage of countless industrial, land, and investment property transactions. He has been involved in a wide variety of transactions representing major corporate, institutional, and individual clients. His extensive professional background, combined with an extraordinary perseverance for detail and closure, has propelled him to the forefront of commercial brokerage in Idaho. Gary is proficient in transaction strategy, negotiation, and execution.
