Professional Background
Christian Harris is a Senior Brokerage Advisor with Intermountain Commercial Real Estate, focusing on warehousing, manufacturing, R&D buildings and land. He assists industrial tenants and owners with negotiations and the transactional process of leasing, buying, and selling industrial properties. Christian is a valuable part of our real estate team, he is focused, detailed, and takes a creative approach when it comes to helping his clients meet their real estate goals.
Christian joined Intermountain Commercial Real Estate in early 2016 and has facilitated over $100m in gross transactions since the start of his career. Prior to joining, Christian owned and operated Likewise Creations, a design, and marketing company that offers creative business solutions to local Boise, ID businesses. He aims to implement a unique approach to strategic marketing gained from his previous experience in business ownership and education.
Education
As a Boise native, Christian completed his general education at Boise State University and then, later on, moved to Portland, OR where he would expand upon his passion for the creative industry. Christian dove into studying Design Management and Global Distribution at The Art Institute of Portland which ultimately gave him the necessary tools to own and operate his own business.
Personal
Outside of the office, Christian spends his free time taking pictures, playing music, snowboarding and exploring the vast nature that Idaho has to offer.
